The module was conceptualised and coordinated by the CLP at the Humboldt University as a six-week hybrid learning format. It combines three online lectures by Peter Johnson, former U.S. diplomat and university professor, with three applied seminars by CLP alumnus Jan-Niklas Epler fostering influencing skills, a trained psychologist (with 1 initial check-in by a professor from HU department of psychology to ensure alignment).
Lecture and seminar tracks aligned to combine influencing competency by introduction to leadership to achieve one coherent module rather than separate stand-alone inputs; the six-week structure was designed to support deeper learning effects through repeated engagement, reflection and application over time.
